Eligibility for Returns

- Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the product meets our return criteria, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
